Our Signature furniture and decor are all included in our Platinum and Luxury packages. The pricing is for A La Carte events and the Classic Package.
Please note the dimensions, inventory, and acceptable use are all listed under each item.
Please note* no external rentals of very similar chairs/tables are allowed without approval. Moving chairs and tables in and out of the building is difficult and requires heavy use of the building and can cause damage we want to avoid wherever possible. Thank you for understanding. Please e-mail me if you have questions regarding specific items. This doesn’t apply to any of the light or easy-to-move items.

Our Dinnerware Selection
Now Available! Our clients have asked, and so we have decided to add on to our rental offerings! We now offer dinnerware and cutlery for rent! As this is a brand new offering, it’s not included in any of our packages.
Each item can be rented individually and will be left in the Plating Area for your caterer. The rental rate does not include set up or bussing. The caterers will be expected to scrape out all plates and stack the dishes and cutlery back into the provided boxes to be left where they found them and for the Pendennis team to take care of after the event.
