There are other resources we provide for planning your wedding, but this page pertains specifically to the venue and what you can expect, and what you should plan for. It also has all the documents you need to fill out so you can download them and start planning whenever you want to (even if you’re two years out from your wedding day!)

30 Days Before Your Wedding:

Decor Selection

Select your Bad Weather Plan if your ceremony is on the balcony

A La Carte Rental Selection

Dinnerware

Glassware (if you’ve selected Corkage)

Ceremony & Reception Layout

Balance owing for wedding + 50% calculated bar bill

Provide Liquor License

Provide Certificate of Insurance with The Pendennis Weddings and Events LTD. listed as Co-insured

Food handling permit & Insurance from your caterer
