It also has all the documents you need to fill out so you can download them and start planning whenever you want to (even if you’re two years out from your wedding day!)

Bar Selection and Confirmation e-mail (when it’s filled out)
Guest List & Invitation (for security purposes)
Fill out and return Credit Card Authorization Form
Bridal Party names
Main contact on event day - (name & phone number)
Event Timeline (can be confirmed at Walk Through)
Policies and Procedures Signed
30 Days Before Your Wedding:
Glassware (if you’ve selected Corkage)
Ceremony & Reception Layout
Balance owing for wedding + 50% calculated bar bill
Provide Liquor License
Provide Certificate of Insurance with The Pendennis Weddings and Events LTD. listed as Co-insured
