The Year Before your Wedding Plan

365 Days before your wedding:

  • Collect inspiration

  • Create a budget

  • Choose your wedding party

  • Plan your guest list

  • Hire a planner if you are imagining something big, or don’t have time for the details.

  • Hire your must-have vendors including photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, and band. Remember, the best book up fast!

  • Get your dress

9 Months before your wedding

  • Determine your menu

  • Book your block of rooms

  • Register for gifts

  • Get the Grooms suit

  • Create a wedding website

  • Plan your invitations

  • Bridesmaids dress shopping

  • Book hair and Makeup

  • Do an engagement photoshoot

6 Months Before your wedding:

  • Meet your officiant

  • Send out save the dates

  • Plan a general timeline for your day or work with us to.

  • Plan the Honeymoon

90 Days Before your wedding

  • Book the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

  • Check your RSVP’s

  • Food Tasting and set your menu

  • Book your beauty trials

  • Order favours

  • Ask who you want to make speeches

  • Finalize order of the ceremony and reception

  • Print stationary

  • Purchase the rings

  • Send Invitations

  • Purchase event insurance

  • Create Ceremony and Reception Layout plans

30 Days before your wedding

  • Confirm your decor

  • Print and frame event photos (guestbook, memory table)

  • Confirm your florals

  • Review band or DJ playlist

  • Organize RSVP’s

    Create seating chart

  • Get marriage licence

  • Purchase liquor licence if needed

  • Final fittings

  • Send final payments

  • Plan final venue walk through

The Week Before your Wedding

  • Write vows

  • Delegate small wedding day tasks (tips gifts, carrying things, food).

  • Beauty management: Hair, nails, massage, brows, waxing etc.

The Wedding Day

  • Drinks lots of water and eat breakfast

  • Don’t wear anything that will leave lines on your skin

  • Moisturize but don’t use oils

  • Take out your dress and veil, steam if needed.

  • Lay out all the items you want photographed

  • Have fun

  • Get married

If you have a coordinator booked for your wedding, we will reach out and schedule a Walk Through, you can send these docs before the walk through, or bring them with you to complete on site. Changes can be made but it helps to make the walk through smoother if you’ve already partially completed these.

Your Wedding Day!

20 Days Post Event

We hope your wedding day went perfectly!

If there were no damages then your damage deposit is returned in full

If there were damages, we’ll provide evidence, replacement costs, and an invoice. We will confirm before we charge.

You’ll receive a bar breakdown and an invoice with any additional rentals or extra’s.
