The Pendennis Plating Area (3rd floor, 3R)

Important notes:

There is absolutely no cooking in the Plating Area. It is for plating and serving only.

Prior to the booking your insurance and food handling permit must be provided to Halie at halie@thependennisweddingsandevents.com for our records otherwise you will not be allowed on site.

Please use 3R in the elevator to find the plating area. It will be to your left when you get off the elevator. Proceed to the end of the hallway.

Please leave the Plating Area as you found it, cleaning up after and taking out all garbage and recycling. Our team can show you where the garbage bin is outside.

Amenities Available in our Plating Area:

Large Fridge with sliding doors

Two stainless steel tables

Multiple 20 amp outlets along the walls

Hand washing sink

Overhead Lights that always stay on

Cleaning materials for after the event. The space must be left as it was found.

Elevator that exits out onto floor 3R, the plating area is to the left.

Access to the ballroom is up 6 steps from the plating area. Access to the cocktail bar is on the same floor.

Vendor Instructions:

Your client will have a phone number for you to call when you arrive. Please confirm this contact information before the day of the event.

Please park and unload in the rear (north) of the building. There is a metal and glass door as well as double doors available should you need them.

Please confirm with us at halie@thependennisweddingsandevents.com what time you’ll be arriving on the day of the event.

The back door is not left unmonitored or unlocked during set up. This is for everyones safety.

Immediately after unloading is complete, please remove your vehicle from the alley to make room for the next vendor. There is no free parking but many paid spots available.

There is an elevator in the middle of the first floor. Please use that or the stairs to access the third floor plating area. Use 3R to access the plating area.

No caterers dishes are to be left on-site after an event.

If the client rented our dishes please scrape them clean into the garbage and leave them in neat piles on the stainless steel tables for our team to take care of.

Please remove all your garbage and recycling after the event.

Please ensure there is nothing spilling from any garbage bags when removing them from the building.

The plating area is to be left clean, in the same condition it was found. Any mess left behind will be documented and charged to the client. Charges will be incurred based on cleaning time on a 15 min basis.
