We offer three Wedding Packages to keep things simple:

The Classic Package: Bring in all your dream furniture and decor and make the space your own (for up to 100 guests)

The Platinum Package: Relax, let us take care of it, the 3rd floor is yours with the option to upgrade to the fourth floor for ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or whole day use.

The Luxury Package: Third and Fourth floors, including the balcony, are yours, and there’s luxury in every detail.

    Plastic Rectangle tables (up to 4) with floor length black tablecloths (gift table/buffet table)

    A 6’ table for DJ

    Security after 9:00 pm

    The Platinum + Fourth Floor

    Everything from the Platinum Package Plus:

    The Fourth Floor all day includes the ceremony package outside with folding white chairs, set up and tear down.

    Balcony Cocktail Hour with bar set up inside or out (weather dependent).

    Cocktail tables outside for the remainder of the evening.

Our Bar Services

The wedding packages do not include bar services.

We have two wonderful packages to choose from, all with a minimum spend of $3,000.00 to book with The Pendennis.

Let us take care of the cooling of the wine bottles, the cutting of limes and jalapenos, the serving of your guests, and the bussing of your tables.
