The MC

To the MC, thanks for being part of the event! We know your job is really important so we’re here to provide support wherever we can. Once we know there’s an MC, our Event Coordinator will try to find you on the event day, ideally before the event starts. They will go over pertinent info that pertains to your specific event (bar close time, which floors are accessible etc). That being said, here is a list of items you may want to share at the beginning of the event. This list is likely not comprehensive.

Parking:

There is a Vibe parking lot to the east of the building that is the easiest to reach. Please note, there is no free parking in the area.

There is no overnight parking past 8am (please check your meter to confirm, the rules are different for every parking lot)

Smoking:

Absolutely no smoking inside the building. Please respect smoking rules when smoking outside. If the fourth floor is rented as well, the smoking terrace is upstairs on the north side (not the south balcony). Please throw out all cigarette butts into the appropriate receptacle.

Bathrooms:

If only the third floor is included in your booking: All bathrooms are located in the basement of the building. The elevator will take you there directly. There are gender neutral, accessible, private, bathrooms a short walk past the standard bathrooms and on the left. The stairs by the cocktail bar take you directly there as does the elevator.

If the fourth floor is included in your booking: There are three bathrooms located on the fourth floor in the Flex Room upstairs. There is also a changing table in the fourth floor bathroom.

Security

There are security in the building stationed at the front door at 9:00 pm. If you’d like to be walked to your car, feel free to ask, they are happy to help.

Bar

The bar closes at least 30 minutes before the event ends and guests have to leave.  

We typically switch to plasticware as soon as the first glass is broken at an event, or after the first dance, for safety’s sake.

If you’d like water jug refills, or a glass of water, the bar team is always happy to help!
