Pendennis Rentals

Below is a comprehensive list of everything the Pendennis has available for rental. Please remember that some items may be included in your package. For example, our Signature Selection as listed below.

If you would like to add these items to your rental, simply go to your Planning Pod account and fill out the relevant Questionnaire and let us know when it’s complete. The answers you fill in will automatically save so you can take time to make your selections before submitting your final decisions.

Any additions to your rental will be sent to you as a change order for you to review and approve.

Our Signature Selection

Our Signature furniture and decor are all included in our Platinum and Luxury packages. The pricing is for A La Carte events and the Classic Package.

Please note the dimensions, inventory, and acceptable use are all listed under each item.

To make your selection, please go to Planning Pod and, under Questionnaires, you’ll see the form to fill out and submit.

Please note no external rentals of very similar chairs/tables are allowed without approval. Moving chairs and tables in and out of the building is difficult and requires heavy use of the building and can cause damage we want to avoid wherever possible. Thank you for understanding. Please e-mail us if you have questions regarding specific items.

This doesn’t apply to any of the light or easy-to-move items.

Dinnerware Selection

Each item can be rented individually and will be left in the Plating Area for your caterer. The rental rate does not include set up or bussing. The caterers will be expected to scrape off all plates and stack the dishes and cutlery back into the provided boxes to be left where they found them and for the Pendennis team to take care of after the event. Dinnerware and cutlery are included in the Luxury and Christmas Packages. This does not include coffee mugs unless we are providing a coffee/tea station.
