Wedding Day Timeline
Below are three suggested wedding day timelines for you to choose from to use as a template for your day at the Pendennis
Looking for more support? Book tier I or II of the Wedding Architects and we can build one for you.
Building a proper timeline requires a strong framework, and an understanding of your vendors timelines and contracts. Book us and we’ll contact all your vendors, read through all your contracts, and ensure that your timeline is built for flow, and for guest experience. The timeline we build includes vendor arrival time, who is setting up which items, and pays attention to what gaps might be happening, so we can close them. (ex. who is bringing the cake, who is cutting it, who is putting it away, and who is taking it home?)
Foundation: Built on your ceremony time and reception time. Plan those first around your venue access times.
Scaffolding: when will you take photos, have your hair and makeup done, and what travel time needs to be considered?
Details: getting ready photos, family photos, cake cutting, the photos and moment you need that aren’t as time sensitive
Extra’s: time to sneak home for a photo with your dogs, head to a restaurant to take advantage of their aesthetic, stop for ice cream at your favourite spot.
Both timelines below are designed for weddings with a ceremony on the balcony, rather than a ceremony at another location (like a church) or a ceremony in our ballroom, which requires a three hour turnover window.
